MAN Euro 6.2 AdBlue Level/Quality Sensor Emulator

MAN TG-series heavy trucks are engineered to cover hundreds of kilometres a day under full load — a mid-run SCR alert does not just inconvenience the driver, it threatens the entire delivery window and fleet schedule. On Euro 6.2 systems the AdBlue tank level and quality sensor can develop signal drift over time, causing the engine ECU to read the tank as empty or substandard even when it is correctly filled with AdBlue (DEF). The result: warning lights illuminate, a countdown timer activates, and the ECU progressively derates engine torque until the truck is forced off the road. The MAN Euro 6.2 AdBlue Level/Quality Sensor Emulator is a direct plug-in device that eliminates these sensor-driven false readings at the electronic level and keeps the truck running at full power.

How Does It Work?

The emulator plugs directly into the AdBlue tank sensor connector on the MAN truck — no wire cutting or soldering needed. Once connected, it continuously feeds the ECU valid urea level, tank temperature, and fluid quality (concentration) signals within the values that the Euro 6.2 engine management system expects. The ECU reads the data as a healthy, correctly filled tank, generates no fault codes, and does not engage torque derate mode.
