Distance Sales Agreement
This Distance Sales Agreement applies to purchases made through hedefemulator.com within the framework of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts. By confirming the agreement, the buyer is deemed to have accepted the following terms and conditions.
1. Parties

BUYER — The natural or legal person who completes the purchase by filling out the order form. Buyer information is the information declared at the time of ordering.
2. Subject of the Agreement
This agreement covers the sale and delivery of the product ordered electronically by the buyer through hedefemulator.com, as well as the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties. The agreement is deemed to have been established at the moment the buyer confirms the order.
3. Product and Price
The product, quantity, and price covered by this agreement are clearly displayed to the buyer on the order summary screen. VAT is included in the product price; any applicable shipping fee is stated separately on the order summary page. The buyer has viewed and accepted the total payment amount before confirming the order.
4. Payment Terms
Payment may be made by credit card, debit card, or bank transfer (EFT). For instalment transactions, the applicable interest and number of instalments are clearly displayed at the payment step. The order preparation process begins after successful receipt of payment.
5. Delivery
The product is shipped to the delivery address specified by the buyer on the order form. The estimated shipping time for in-stock products is 1–5 business days from order confirmation; for special-order or sourced products, this period may vary and the buyer will be informed accordingly. The risk of delivery transfers to the shipping company at the moment the product is handed over to the carrier.
6. Right of Withdrawal
The buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the product, without stating any reason and without incurring any penalty. It is sufficient for the withdrawal notice to reach the seller within this period.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and undamaged; all accessories, cables, user manuals, and the invoice must be returned in full.
Important exception: AdBlue delete emulators and similar electronic products that have been installed on a vehicle, programmed, or tested are considered to have been used by reason of their technical nature and, pursuant to Article 48 of Law No. 6502 and Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised. In such cases, only the warranty provisions apply.
7. Return Process and Refund Upon Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal
- The withdrawal notice is communicated to the seller via e-mail or the contact form.
- After the notice is confirmed, the product is shipped with its original packaging, invoice, and all accessories.
- Return shipping costs for withdrawals are borne by the buyer.
- Once the product reaches the seller, the inspection is completed within 3 business days.
- If the inspection is approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method (credit card, bank transfer, etc.) within 14 days; the actual processing time may vary depending on the bank.
8. Warranty and Defective Products
Products are covered by the seller's warranty for 2 (two) years from the date of delivery, as required by Law No. 6502. If a manufacturing defect or malfunction is identified, free repair, replacement with an equivalent product, or a full refund may be requested even after the withdrawal period has expired.
- Return shipping costs for defective product returns are covered by the seller.
- After the defect is identified, the product is repaired, replaced with the same model, or a full refund is issued.
- Products showing signs of tampering or interference by the buyer are excluded from warranty coverage.
9. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipment and Shipping Damage
In cases of incorrect product shipment, incomplete delivery, or damage occurring during shipping, the right to free replacement arises. If shipping damage is noticed at the time of delivery, a damage report must be filed with the carrier representative at the time of delivery and the seller must be notified within 48 hours. Return shipping costs in such cases are borne by the seller.
10. Protection of Personal Data
The buyer's personal data is processed in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), Law No. 6698. Data is used solely for the purposes of establishing the contract, completing the order, and fulfilling legal obligations. For detailed information, please refer to the Privacy Policy.
11. Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction
For disputes arising from this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees are competent within the monetary limits set by Law No. 6502. For disputes exceeding these limits, İzmir Consumer Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction and authority. By confirming this agreement, the buyer declares that they have read and accepted these terms.
