Mercedes Euro 6.2 AdBlue Level/Quality Sensor Emulator

Mercedes Actros and Arocs Euro 6.2 trucks are built to sustain long-haul and heavy-haulage cycles covering hundreds of kilometres a day — a mid-journey SCR fault puts both cargo and the delivery window at risk. Over time, the AdBlue tank level and quality sensor on these platforms can produce erroneous readings: even with a full tank of AdBlue (DEF), the ECU registers the fluid as absent or below concentration. Warning lights come on, a countdown initiates, and the engine management system progressively cuts torque, forcing the truck off the motorway. The Mercedes Euro 6.2 AdBlue Level/Quality Sensor Emulator is a direct plug-in device that permanently eliminates these sensor-generated errors and restores the truck's full road performance.

How Does It Work?

The emulator plugs directly into the AdBlue tank sensor connector on the Mercedes truck via the existing socket — no wire cutting or soldering at any point. Once connected, it continuously feeds the Euro 6.2 engine ECU valid urea level, tank temperature, and fluid quality (concentration) values within the accepted operating range. The ECU reads the data as a correctly filled, in-specification tank, logs no fault codes, and does not activate torque derate mode.
