The Astra HD9 84.51 is an eight-wheel-drive heavy off-road haul truck built for the most demanding mine, quarry, and heavy construction haulage applications — environments defined by constant dust, vibration, and round-the-clock operating cycles. How Does It Work?

The emulator plugs into the engine management unit's SCR connector through the original factory socket — no wire cutting, no soldering, and no permanent modification to the truck's harness. Once active, it continuously simulates valid NOx inlet and outlet sensor signals, AdBlue dosing pump feedback, and urea tank level and quality data within the ECU's accepted value ranges. The ECU reads a fully functional SCR system, logs no fault codes, and does not command a power or speed restriction.
