How Does It Work?

The emulator plugs directly into the existing NOx sensor connector on the BMC Tugra Euro 6 exhaust system using the original vehicle connector — no wire cutting and no soldering are required. From the moment the engine starts, the emulator continuously outputs the NOx sensor signal values the ECU expects, causing the control unit to register the sensor as functioning correctly and within normal range.
