Ford Euro 5 trucks and tractor units operating on demanding long-haul or regional distribution routes frequently experience NOx sensor failures within their SCR emission systems. How Does It Work?

The emulator plugs directly into the original NOx sensor socket on the vehicle — no wire cutting, soldering, or software changes required at any point. Its internal electronics generate the precise signal values the engine control unit (ECU) expects to receive from the NOx sensor, delivering them consistently and continuously to simulate a fully functioning SCR system. Because the ECU detects no anomaly in the signal data, it produces no fault code and does not engage any power restriction mode.
