Mercedes MP4 ACM2 Euro 6 AdBlue SCR Removal Emulator

In the Mercedes MP4 range of trucks and tractor units, the ACM2 (AdBlue Control Module 2) is the nerve centre of the Euro 6 SCR emission system, coordinating signals from the NOx sensor, NH3 (ammonia) sensor, AdBlue pressure sensor and multiple temperature probes. A fault in the ACM2 module or any connected sensor typically results in immediate torque derate and, in severe cases, can prevent the vehicle from moving altogether. This emulator plugs directly into the ACM2 socket and simulates the full set of emission signals the ECU requires, delivering a permanent AdBlue delete solution without the expense of replacing the ACM2 module itself.

How Does It Work?

The emulator connects to the original ACM2 module socket on the Mercedes MP4 — no wire cutting, no soldering and no software changes required. Once installed, it outputs accurate CAN-bus signal values for the NOx sensor, NH3 sensor, AdBlue dosing pump, pressure sensor, level sensor and SCR temperature probes. The engine control unit reads all emission parameters as normal, generates no fault codes and does not activate torque derate or limp mode.
