How Does It Work?

The emulator connects to the SCR ECU connector on the Merlo telescopic handler via the original factory socket — no wire cutting or soldering required. In operation, it continuously generates NOx inlet and outlet sensor signals, AdBlue urea dosing pump feedback, and AdBlue tank level and temperature data within the exact value ranges the ECU expects. The control unit registers the system as healthy, logs no fault codes, and does not place the machine in restricted power mode.
