Opel Vivaro B SID321 AdBlue SCR + DPF Removal Emulator

The Opel Vivaro B is a workhorse of urban delivery and long-haul light commercial transport — but its SID321-managed AdBlue SCR and DPF systems are a well-known source of NOx sensor faults, AdBlue pump failures and blocked particulate filters. This plug-in AdBlue SCR + DPF removal emulator continuously feeds the SID321 ECU the exact sensor signals it expects — inlet and outlet NOx readings, AdBlue level and pump status, plus DPF differential pressure and temperature data — all via the factory connectors. The result is permanent elimination of fault lamps, torque restriction and limp mode. Compatible with other SID321-equipped platforms including Renault Master 3, Vauxhall Movano and Nissan Navara NP300.

How Does It Work?

The emulator plugs directly into the Vivaro B's existing AdBlue/SCR and DPF connectors — no wire cutting, no soldering, no ECU software intervention required. Once connected, it continuously simulates the NOx upstream and downstream sensor values, AdBlue tank level, pump and injector status signals, and DPF differential pressure and temperature readings. The SID321 ECU receives all expected data and registers every emission-related component as fully functional, so no fault codes are generated and the vehicle never enters limp mode.
