This plug-in emulator permanently resolves those electronic faults at ECU level, keeping the vehicle running at full capacity without interruption.

How Does It Work?

The emulator connects directly into the existing SCR connector on the MD1CS003 ECU harness — no wire cutting, no soldering, no ECU software modification required. Once in place, it continuously generates the upstream and downstream NOx sensor signals, AdBlue dosing pump feedback, and tank level, temperature and quality data that the ECU expects to receive from the live components. Because the ECU sees consistent, in-range values at all times, it logs no fault codes and does not place the vehicle in limp mode.
