How Does It Work?

The emulator connects directly to the AdBlue tank unit's sensor socket on the TATA Euro 5 vehicle — no wire cutting and no soldering at any point in the process. While energised, it continuously generates valid urea level, tank temperature, and urea concentration signals within the ranges the engine control unit considers acceptable. The ECU reads healthy data and therefore does not open a countdown, does not store fault codes, and does not engage power restriction mode.
