How Does It Work?

The emulator connects to the Volvo XC40's DENSO D5E1C ECU connector at factory-fit plug standard — no wire cutting, no soldering. Once installed, it continuously simulates the NOx sensor values (upstream and downstream), AdBlue level, quality and dosing pump signals, and DPF backpressure and temperature telemetry — all within the valid operating ranges the ECU expects via the CAN-bus. The ECU reads healthy system data at all times, generates no DTC fault codes and keeps the vehicle operating at full performance parameters.
