How Does It Work?
The emulator plugs into the Case excavator's SCR/AdBlue system connector and NOx sensor socket via the original factory connectors — no wire cutting, soldering or modifications to existing looms are needed. The device simultaneously simulates NOx sensor upstream and downstream values, exhaust temperature sensor data and all AdBlue system parameters in real time, reporting to the ECU that the system is functioning correctly. As a result the ECU generates no fault codes and does not engage limp mode.
