How Does It Work?

The emulator connects directly to the MD1CE101 ECU connector on the Case machine — plug-in fit with no wire cutting and no soldering required. Once in place, it continuously generates all the signals both aftertreatment systems require: NOx upstream and downstream sensor readings, AdBlue dosing pump feedback, DEF level and quality data, DPF differential pressure sensor values and exhaust temperature readings. The ECU receives consistent, valid data across both systems, logs no fault codes and does not impose a power restriction on the machine.
