How Does It Work?

The eraser device plugs directly into the vehicle's standard OBD diagnostic socket — no wire cutting, no soldering and no software modification is required. Once connected it communicates across the CAN-bus network with the EBS 3, PCI2, VIC 3, AS Tronic, DTCO tachograph, EST 54 retarder and ECAS 2 suspension ECUs simultaneously. It reads all active and passive fault codes from each system and safely clears them in one cycle. When the process completes, a clean status report is transmitted to the vehicle computer and all warning lamps on the dash are extinguished.
