DAF Euro 6 AdBlue SCR Removal Emulator

The DAF Euro 6 AdBlue Removal Emulator is engineered for DAF Euro 6 trucks and semi-tractors experiencing fault cascades from SCR system sensor degradation, dosing pump failures or AdBlue/DEF solution quality issues. The Euro 6 SCR architecture uses a 32.5% urea aqueous solution to reduce NOx emissions across the catalyst — but when any part of this system fails, the truck faces torque derate, speed restriction and protection mode. This plug-in emulator device electronically simulates all SCR components, allowing the DAF to operate without interruption and without consuming AdBlue.

How Does It Work?

The DAF Euro 6 AdBlue emulator slots into the ECU's SCR signal connector without cutting any wires or making any permanent modification. The device continuously generates accurate electrical signals representing the AdBlue dosing unit, NOx upstream and downstream sensors and the level and quality sensor outputs, transmitting them directly to the engine management ECU. The ECU validates system integrity against these signals and registers no fault condition — no DTC is stored, no warning lamp illuminates and the driver experiences no power loss or limp mode.
