Hino 300/500/700 Euro 6 AdBlue SCR DPF Removal Emulator

Hino 300, 500 and 700 series trucks run tightly integrated Euro 6 AdBlue/SCR and DPF systems — when any one component fails, the entire aftertreatment chain is affected and the engine enters torque-limiting derate mode. Operators familiar with Hino 300 AdBlue faults or Hino 500 SCR warning lights know how quickly a sensor failure can ground a vehicle. This plug-in emulator electronically simulates the ACM exhaust control module, upstream and downstream NOx sensors, AdBlue pump and injector, level sensor, quality sensor, and temperature sensors, feeding the ECU a continuous stream of healthy operating data so the truck runs at full capacity — no AdBlue fluid required.

How Does It Work?

The emulator connects directly to Hino's factory AdBlue/SCR and DPF connector ports — no wire cutting, no soldering, and no circuit modification of any kind. Once plugged in, the device continuously generates the CAN-bus signals expected by the ECU: ACM module feedback, upstream and downstream NOx readings, AdBlue level, quality and temperature values, plus pump and injector status pulses. The ECU reads all parameters as normal system output, produces no fault codes, and does not engage any torque restriction or limp mode.
