Temsa Maraton coaches carry demanding passenger schedules day in, day out, relying on the EAS3 PM ECU platform to meet Euro 6 emissions standards. When the AdBlue system develops NOx sensor faults, dosing pump failures or DPF temperature sensor errors, torque restriction and speed limiting can disrupt entire service timetables and generate significant unplanned maintenance costs. The Temsa Maraton EAS3 Euro 6 AdBlue (SCR) Removal Emulator is a rugged plug-in CAN-bus device that continuously signals all SCR components as fully operational to the EAS3 engine control unit, permanently eliminating every fault code and operational restriction.

How Does It Work?

The emulator connects directly to the original AdBlue system connectors on the Temsa Maraton EAS3 PM platform without any wire cutting or soldering. It simultaneously simulates all critical SCR sub-system signals in real time — including upstream and downstream NOx sensors, AdBlue dosing pump feedback, DPF temperature sensor data and AdBlue level and quality readings — delivering them to the EAS3 ECU within the expected operating parameters. The ECU accepts these signals as genuine component data, produces no fault codes and keeps the coach in unrestricted normal operation.
