The Universal Programmable AdBlue (SCR) Removal Emulator addresses this directly with a configurable design that can be adapted to the DEF dosing logic, NOx sensor behaviour and SCR catalyst monitoring strategy of a wide range of heavy-duty trucks and tractor units. When a dosing fault, NOx deviation or incomplete regeneration forces a loaded truck into limp mode mid-route, the result is a missed delivery window, potential penalty clauses and wasted fuel. This emulator resolves SCR-related faults at ECU level, keeps the truck moving and eliminates the root cause of unplanned roadside stops.

How Does It Work?

The emulator plugs directly into the existing ECU connector on the truck — no wire cutting, no soldering, no harness modification required. Once programmed to the vehicle's brand and SCR profile, the device continuously generates the NOx upstream and downstream sensor signals, DEF dosing pump feedback, and SCR catalyst conversion efficiency data that the ECU expects to receive. Because the ECU sees valid, in-range data at all times, it registers no fault codes and does not trigger limp mode or torque reduction.
